She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis Scales; her parents, Albert Barr and Myrtle Deyo; and her brother Oswald. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Beatrice Simpkins; her nephews, Ross (Linda), Percy Barr (Jennifer) and Todd Shillington (Nancy); and her niece Donna Bianchet.
