He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Gwendolyn; and his siblings, Verna Hornbeck, Wendell, Gord, Jim, Sharon Allen and Margaret Thompson.

He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his children, Robert Struthers, Judi Vanderfeltz (Bill), Susan Struthers, Lisa Lensen (Dan) and Ann Stailkovich (Pete); his grandchildren, Matt Struthers, Ben Struthers (Brigid), Mackenzie Ebelher (John), Bill Vanderfeltz (Melissa), Jenn Leeder (Kyle), Brittany Cox (Josh), Brianna Tolls (Colin), Jade VanLuven, Nathan, Isaac Lensen, Ryan Struthers (Shyanne), John, Paige Struthers and Dominic Stailkovich; his siblings, Lorraine Embury (Sonny), Don, Wayne (Carolyn), Ronnie (Bev) and Linda Ackerman (Finley); and his siblings-in-law, Wilma Struthers, Eileen Maillie, Helen Pettitt, Sterling Allen, Harold Giles (Maylene), George Hornbeck, Reg Thompson, Ron Pettitt and Elsie Struthers.
