He is survived by: his wife Betty Joy Green; his sons, Steve, Josh and Cory (Holly); his granddaughters, Charlotte and Autumn; his parents, Carmen Green and Betty Green; and his siblings, Betty, Ellen and Fred. He is also survived by his family and friends.
