He was predeceased by: his parent Leon. He is survived by: his spouse Jennifer; his parent Katherine; his brother Clayton; his wife Sally; his parents-in-law, Wayne McCallum and Jean McCallum; and his siblings-in-law, John (Karen), Wayne (Cynthia) and Janet (Tim).
