Patricia Moore Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2021, Patricia Moore of Sutton, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Cliff Hamilton-Greener; her children, Brenda Taylor (Martin) and Michael Moore (Donna Douglas); her grandchildren, Keith (Jamie-Lyn), Brett (Harmony), Jamie, Dylan, Abigail, Weston, Annabelle and Ilah; and her stepchildren, Dorne (Norm), Simon (Shawna) and Leigh (Trevor). She is also survived by her extended family and many friends.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations to the Salvation Army Georgina Community Church would be appreciated by the family.
