He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Lea Neilson. He is survived by: his spouse Bev Davis; his stepchildren, Ericka Neilson and Tom Green; his grandchildren, Xavier, Zack, Zane, Thomas and Tatum; and his brother Gary Davis. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
