Muriel Christie Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Muriel Christie of Sundridge, Ontario, born in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, who passed away on December 11, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Evans and Maryann Evans; and her son John Christie. She is survived by: her sister Beatrice; her friend Audrey; her husband David Christie; her children, Malcolm (Deborah) and Marion Simard (Don); her grandchildren, Brent Duguay (Marsha), Stacey Duguay, Amber Minor (Mark), Erinn Christie (Shawn Chamberlain) and Jordanne Christie (Jake Barber); her great grandchildren, Riayn, Tyler Duguay, Bronwyn, Vienna Minor, Ruby and Isla Chamberlain; and also, Annie Valentine, Hattie Christie and Malcolm Christie. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family requested that if desired, memorial donations may be made to the Strong Masonic Lodge.
