He is survived by: his wife Mary Kate Rogers; his sons, Patrick (Emily), Ted (Devika) and Eric (Aaryn); his grandchildren, Mac, Jack, Annie and Audrey; and his sister Ginger Forsayeth (late Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
