He was predeceased by: his siblings, Patricia and Paul. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Lois) and Leslie (Guylaine); his grandsons, Christopher, James and Marc; and his friend Rob "Woody" Woodman. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the R.S McLaughlin Durham Regional Cancer Centre, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
