He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilia Dubois and Lionel Goulet; and his siblings, Homer Goulet (Mary), Lionel Goulet (Jenn), Armand Goulet and Genevieve "Gin" Goulet.

He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Goulet and Robert "Bobby" Goulet (Amber); his grandchildren, Bronwyn Goulet (Matthew) and Abby Goulet-Beattie; his siblings, Rita Goulet, Dolorese "Dolly" Goulet, Marguerite "Maggie" Goulet, Malvina "Mal" Lacroix, Raymond "Ray" Goulet and Gerald "Gerry" Goulet (Jean); and his foster siblings, Jerry, Barb Archibald, Don, Joan Archibald, Shirley and James French. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Fred enjoyed his time outdoors and donations to Pet Save Sudbury or the Turtle Pond Wildlife Centre would be appreciated in his memory.
