He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kirwan and Grace Ester Kirwan; and his cousins, Joe Shaw, Buck Shaw and Margie Guilbeault (Shaw).
He is survived by: his wife Muriel; his children, Carolynn Lanthier (John), Jane Orser (Ron) and Roderick (Candy); his grandchildren, Hannah, Evan, Jack, Carter, Shawn, Sarah, Charlotte and Lucas; his aunts, Muriel Shaw and Ruth Shaw; and his uncle Philip. He is also survived by his family and friends.
