Slawko Pihursky Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Slawko Pihursky (Sudbury, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid adieu to Slawko's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Slawko has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Pihursky and Helen Pihursky. He is survived by: his children, Madanna Pihursky and Taras "Terry" Pihursky; the mother of his children Claudette Bechard; his stepdaughter Pamela Case; his grandchildren, Tiara Bechard and Brady Chenard; and his sister Anna Kanerva. He is also survived by relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, Diabetes Canada or Emergency Services Sudbury.
