She was predeceased by: her parents, Annette O'Brien and Robert William O'Brien; and her siblings, Robert O'Brien (Doreen) and Doreen Reece (Ronald). She is survived by: her husband Leonard Donnelly; her children, Cindy Onofrio (John), Michael Donnelly (Heather) of Alberta and Cathy Donnelly (Jacques Beaudoin) of Hanmer; her grandchildren, Jayson Onofrio (Amanda Conway), Tyler Onofrio (Trina), Joshua Onofrio (Susanna), Jayme Donnelly (Jessie Caron), David Donnelly (Meghan), Katie Donnelly (Jake Greco), Meaghan Cousineau (Kevin) and Michaella Rivais (Nicholas); her great grandchildren, Nico, Lucah, Marco, Penelope, Nathaniel Onofrio, Jake, Nicholas Donnelly, Asria Donnelly, Seth Skagen, Ryan Greco, Paetyn, Jack Cousineau and Rivais; and her sisters-in-law, Beatrice Donnelly and Kay Selecky.
