He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Cavanagh and Margaret Cavanagh; his sister Judy Selfe; and his niece Mary Jane Selfe. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Green and Louis Green; and his nieces and nephews, Val Selfe, Derrick Wamboldt and Jeff Selfe.
