He was predeceased by: his mother Thérese Perreault; and his brother Raymond. He is survived by: his father Denis Perreault; his wife Angela Perreault; his children, Nathalie Perreault (Dan), Christopher Preuss (Fabiola) and Diana Coulombe; his grandchildren, Amélie, Alexie, Gabby, Noah, Olivia, Matthew, Michael, Daniel, Luke, Javier and Clariza; and his siblings, Pauline Turcot (Yvon), Roger (Giséle), Marc (Donna), Donald (Carole) and Linda Edmunds (Jeff).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer's Society would be greatly appreciated.
