She is survived by: her parents, Jack (John Robert) and Lise; her brother John; and also, Dan (Tracy), Ann (Kristian), Sarah (Chris), Matthew (Katie), Tommy, Sawyer, Will and Charlie. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, chosen family and friends.
