She was predeceased by: her parents, Fernand Wolfe and Thérèse Wolfe; her husband Fernand Saumure; her daughter Saumure "Lorraine"; her granddaughter Christine; and her sister Diane.

She is survived by: her children, Jean-Pierre Saumure (Joanne) of Chelmsford, Jean-Denis Saumure (Gisèle) of Chelmsford and François Saumure (Francine) of Verner; her grandchildren, Éric, Stéphane and Megan (Jérome); her great grandchild Eko; and her siblings, Lorraine (Norman), Raymond (Pauline) and Henri (Jeannine). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Donations by cheque or online to the Northern Cancer Foundation or Diabetes Canada would greatly be appreciated.
