He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Polifroni and Giuseppa Marzolino; and his siblings, Carmela, Rosa, Vincenzo and Antonio.

He is survived by: his wife Francesca; his grandchildren, Natalina, Nicoletta and Francesca; and his great grandchildren, Aislinn, Jon, Bjorni, Danila, Tatum and Myen.
