He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bouchard and Blanche Bouchard; and his brothers, Richard, Raymond and James.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Petrenas; his daughter Enali (Tim); and his grandchildren, Ryan and Elsa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
