Susan Pitcher wrote a sympathy message

“Dear John, Carolyn and John, and Andrew. My prayers and love are with each of you during this time. I am so grateful for the many phone calls Judi and I had over the past years and especially this past one. Our last visit was late Sunday aft. and we ended the call by saying goodnight, not good-bye because we knew we'd see each other again. Uncle John, you were the love of her life. Andrew and Carolyn, she loved you deeply and often bragged as only a mama can. Judi lived a life of love.”
