He was predeceased by: his parents, Jura and Lujka; and his siblings, Nick, Mary and Katy.

He is survived by: his sister-in-law Pierrette (Nick) of Sudbury; his nephew Christopher (Beth) of Pembroke; his great-niece Mikayla; and his cousins, Joseph Grcevic (Olga) and Mary Sekulic (Ivica). He is also survived by children and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Association or another local charity.
