Joseph Laurich Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Laurich (Sudbury, Ontario), who passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph Laurich to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Laurich and Adelheid Laurich; his wife Dorothy; his parents-in-law, Allan and Pauline Harris; his granddaughter Jennifer; and his siblings, Gerhard, Anna, Maria, Agnes, Hermann, Hedwig (Germany) and Heinz (Chicago).
He is survived by: his children, Allan (Christine) and Susan Clarke; his grandchildren, David Laurich (Sarah), Stephen Laurich (Hayley), Marie Armstrong (Jason) and Mandi Hartwick (Brad); and his great grandchildren, Connor, Aidan, Mason, Jasper, Briar, Bowan, Emma and Bridgette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the R. J. Barnard Chapel (233 Larch St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E3E1).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Operation Smiles or Heart and Stroke foundation would be appreciated. Donations are being accepted for: Operation Smile Canada Foundation HEART STROKE FOUNDATION ONTARIO (HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION OF ONTARIO).
