He was predeceased by: his significant other June Young; his grandparents, Raphal Bouchard, Nina and George Muckaday; his aunt Arlene Bouchard; his uncles, Barry Bouchard and George Sr. Muckaday; his cousin Greg Muckaday; his brother Ronald Duguay Jr.; and the mother of his children June Young.
He is survived by: his parents, Deborah Bouchard and Dennis Mugaby; his children, Jonothan Jr. Bouchard, Alyssa Bouchard and Matthew Muckaday; his granddaughter Scarlett Bouchard; his stepmother Roseline Mugaby; his siblings, Dennis Jr. Muckaday (JR), Nakita Duguay Bouchard, Sherry Zatti (Dan), Seneca Mendowegan, Donna Mendowegan and Brittney Mendowegan (Troy); and his grandmother Daisy Bouchard. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
A wake was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church (121 Picnic Point Rd, Longlac, ON P0T2A0).
