With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeremi Christopher Henniger (Sudbury, Ontario), who passed away on March 27, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Jeremi may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Hennigar (Main); and his daughter Debra. He is survived by: his sister Clara Boadway; his children, Nancy Lawrence, Jim (Shirley), Stacey (Jackie) and Marc (Kimberly); his nephew Mel; and his niece Karen. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lougheed Funeral Home (252 Regent St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3C4C8). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations to The Sudbury Food Bank would be appreciated.
