She was predeceased by: her husband Wasyl "Bill" Falat; her parents, James Pratt and Mary Pratt; and her siblings, Jack (Margaret), Christina Cuthill (Robert), Elizabeth "Betty" Pratt and Lillian Pratt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Doris Tomasik (Wayne Casey) and Margaret Niemela (Jorma); her grandchildren, Katherine Aubé (late Stéphane), Michael Tomasik (April), Adrianna Niemela (Brian Rowe) and Justin Niemela; her great grandchildren, Rylan, Bryston and Cullen Aubé; and her siblings, Margaret McKenzie, Johann "Joan" Senft (Ken) and James "Jim" (Valerie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church or the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
