He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Bradley and Edna Bradley. He is survived by: his significant other Anita; his children, Mariette (late André), Gisèle (Richard) and Marcel (Sophie); his grandchildren, Stéphanie, Maxine (Jacob) and Nathaniel; his great grandchildren, Melodie, Philipe and Baby; his siblings, Lily (Laurier), Claudette and Normand (late Nicole); and also, Rachel, Bernard (Rita), Angèle (late Raymond), Walter (Jeanne), Nathaniel (Pauline) and Yolande (late Guy). He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jean-Claude's memory can be made by cheque or online to the Maison McCulloch Hospice.
