He was predeceased by: his parents, Vic Lapointe and Ida Lapointe (Bill); and his brother Rick. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his sons, Jose (Corin) and Joshua (Carrigan); his grandchildren, Jovi, Phoenix and Selena; his siblings, Ray Suotaila (Debbie), Linda Poulton, Patsy MacDonald, Barb Lameroux (Mike) and Susan Duncan (Robbie); and his siblings-in-law, Gisele, Richard (Melana), Gaetan (Danielle), Maurice (Gisele), Marcel (Betty), Louise (Garry) and Gaston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation, Diabetes Canada or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
