She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Kuchma; her son Kevin; her great grandchild Empress; her parents, Dennis Ralph and Annie Ralph; and her brothers, Cecil, Robert and Gary.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Michael (Kristina), Karmen, Zachery, Jessica (Drake) and Mathew Aaron (Stacey); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Carter, Kalum, Parker, Logan, Owen and Miles; and also, Todd, Kris Knight, Karen Makela (Ken), Kelly Charette (Larry), Brian and Barry (Lily). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donation to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
