She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Zayack and Annie Zayack (Sarmatiuk); and her siblings, Frances Chayka and Walter Zayack. She is survived by: her husband Peter Woloschyn; and her sister Olga (Kenneth Fitzgerald). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
