In the vast expanse of eternity, Helen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Helen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her significant other Eugene Patrick Tremblay; her parents, William Cormack and Violet Cormack; and her sisters, Violet Kirkpatrick (Lloyd), Moreen Smith (George) and Diane Cormack.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth and Janice; and her brother Ross (George). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and family friends.
