He was predeceased by: his parent Concetta DiLisio (Ciccarelli). He is survived by: his spouse Antonietta DiLisio (DiTommaso); his children, Giacomo "Jack", Giovanni "John" (Karman) and Tina (Phil Roach); his parent Michele DiLisio; and also, Kyla (Trevor), Kerry (Matt), Chelsey and Taylor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
