She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Albert Crichton; her parents, Arthur Houghton and Linda Houghton; and her siblings, Clifford, Leonard, Arthur, Donald, Mary and Marg.

She is survived by: her daughter Evelyn Clarke of Baxter.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home (233 Larch St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E3E1). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the R. J. Barnard Chapel (233 Larch St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E3E1).
