She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Smith and Muriel Smith; her brother Scott Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Claire Sheridan (Chris), Carole Morelli (Felix), Danny Blais (Naomi), Elaine Negard and Diane Dorion (Alec).
She is survived by: her husband Joel Blais; and her close friend Claire Brunet Gravelle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
