He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Wendy (Brooks); his children, Brooke Bondy (Zack) and Ashley Makkar (Sumit); his stepson Tom Markiewich (Amanda); his grandchildren, Karter and Kyan; his parents, Derio Rovinelli and Edera Rovinelli (Manna); his siblings, Diane Laban (late John) and Reno Rovinelli; his brothers-in-law, Greg and Bob Brooks; his nieces and nephews, Amy Rovinelli, Raven Brooks (Steven), Cynthia Goorts (Jon), John Laban (Jen), Michael Laban (Nikita), Jesse Brooks (Rebecca) and Jon Brooks; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mackenna, Avery, Hailey, Felix, Connor, Austin and Zia Norma; his friends, Ron, Fern, Don, Tim, Conrad and Danny; and his caregivers, Judy, Emerg, Dr. P. Koka, Dr. Primeau, Dr. Anawati and Dr. Brule.
Danny also volunteered his time as a driver for Red Cross, until covid interfered with that plan.
