He was predeceased by: his parents, Margarita Booth and James Booth; and his sister Katie. He is survived by: his daughter Margaux (Paula Booth); his wife Anita Devries; and his brothers, Phillip and Peter.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church.
