She is survived by: her husband Frank Nixon; her children, Laura-Lynne McGinnis (John) of Kitchener, Glenn Nixon (Heather) of Sudbury and Bryan Nixon (Nia Lewis) of Sudbury; her grandchildren, Ellorah McGinnis, Charlotte McGinnis, Amelia McGinnis, Oscar McGinnis, Bryston Nixon, Troy Nixon, Jordan Nixon and Emily Nixon; her great grandchildren, Lavy McGinnis and Atlas McGinnis; and her brothers, Richard Tompkins (Mary-Ellen) and Ralph Tompkins (Pam).
