Anne Ruth Proudfoot Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne Ruth Proudfoot (Sudbury, Ontario), who passed away on September 8, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Wilson and Wanda Wilson; her husband George Proudfoot; her close friend Thomas Taylor; her siblings, Brenda (Stanley Vogan), Cleta (Lorne Reid), Marjorie (John Maclean) and Murray (Pat Wilson); and her grandchildren, Katherine Mueller (Dirk), Monica Oosterman (Danniel), Laura Hanson (Dustin), Phillip Proudfoot, Stacey Chamberlin (Joel), Roynae Mayes and Alannah Mayes.
She is survived by: her children, Hunter Proudfoot (late Anita), Eric Proudfoot (Vivian), Ruth Proudfoot (Jody Dackewich) and Pauline Timmins; and her great grandchildren, Ana, Ellis and Everett Chamberlin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
