Aline Elisabeth Gillespie Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Aline Elisabeth Gillespie (Sudbury, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 13, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" Gillespie; her father Edmund; and her siblings, Roger, Edmund, Irene, Jeanette, Wilfred and Rene.

She is survived by: her children, Brian (Mary Lou), Heather (Don Cretzman) and William "Bill" (Vanessa); her grandchildren, Andrew, Jessica, Robert, Curtis, Keegan, Kimberley and Kelly; and her great grandchildren, Jordan, Braeden, Ethan, Marcus, Emily, John, Piper and Millie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Donations in her memory can be made to the Sudbury Food Bank or the Health Sciences North- Northern Cancer Foundation.
