He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Nahwegahbow and Mary Nahwegahbow; his children, Rodney (Bev), Julian and Laurie Ann (Neil); his grandsons, Curtis, Keith (Cyndil), Duncan (Kaylee) and Ethan (Raphaelle); his great grandchildren, Caleb (Destiny) and Luke; and his siblings, Margaret (late Alfie) and Charles.

He is survived by: his wife Leona; his siblings, Pearl (Don Bosman), Clair (late Andre), Edward, Alex (Judy), Rose (Brian Richardson), Barb (late Terry), Patricia (Tony Van Es), David (Lois Jacobs) and Monica; and his caregiver Ruth Guy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and especially his little furry companion.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Manitoulin Health Centre or the local Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
