He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Leo and Gertrude Lorraine; and his wife Carol. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Kuehl (Richard) and Richard Wooten Jr. (Pam); his grandchildren, Charity Kuehl, Josy Kuehl, Julia Wooten and Jenna Wooten; his sister Bonnie Wooten; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Wedge (Jane) and James Wedge (Donna).
