She is survived by: her children, Pandora Dionne (Stewart), Nicole Whiffen (Anthony) and Laura Pharo; her grandchildren, Autumn, Lily, Athena and Trinity; her mother Isabelle Fay; her sisters, Sharen Price-Brockman (Bob) and Roberta Lavergne; and her nieces and nephews, Melanie, Evan, Catriona and Phillip.
In lieu of flowers or as an alternative to flowers, donates to the Canadian Diabetes Association, where Charlene was a patient advocate, are welcome.
