He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas and Betty; and his brothers, Douglas and Colin. He is survived by: his spouse Zina (Koval); his children, Anna (Eric), Michael (Megan) and Emily (Jurgen); his grandchildren, Zoe (Sadie), Noah, Isabelle and Sophia; and his sisters, May and Elizabeth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
