Tony Aarts Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tony Aarts (Strathroy, Ontario), who passed away on January 17, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisca Aarts (Vinken) and Petrus Aarts; and his siblings, Willem, Piet, Marietje, Johan and Noud.

He is survived by: his spouse Gerdie Aarts (Joris); his children, Fran Lambert (Doug), Frank Aarts, Nell Smeekens (Pete), Ann Marie Croeze and Mia; his grandchildren, Krista Haan (Matt), Shelley Lambert (Greg Cummings), Sheldon Aarts, Jessica Philbin (Mike), Nicole Dare (Randy), Jeff Smeekens, Stephanie Smeekens, Dave Smeekens, Bradley Croeze, Caitlyn Croeze, Ashley Boere, Nikki Boere and Gregory Boere; his great grandchildren, Evan, Benson, Link, Zander, Jack, Keegan, Sophie, Addison, Brody and Cole; and his sister Dina Aarts. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
