He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ted Potthoff, Ed Potthoff and Bob Potthoff. He is survived by: his wife Jean Potthoff; his brother Bruce Potthoff (Ann) of Tucson Arizona; his sons, Tom Jr. and Jeff (Sheila); his stepchildren, Brent Shea, Blair Shea, Erin Shea (Nicole) and Janine Boynton (Gary); and his grandchildren, Devin Potthoff, Colin, Nicole Shea, Owen, Shelby Cozier, Patricia Marshal and Victoria Boynton.
