He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Hornyak (Monica) and Michael Hornyak (Shelly); and his grandchildren, Nicole Hornyak, Ryan Hornyak and Irina Todoran. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
