He is survived by: his parents, Daniella Banks and Ron Banks; his sons, Jaxon and Ryder; his significant other Destiney Alward; his siblings, Jordan and Christina; and his grandmother Deborah Field (late Martin). He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.

In memory of Spencer, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Mental Health Association.
