He was predeceased by: his brother David Salgado; and his brother-in-law Joe Faria. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Salgado; his children, Helena Silveira (Mario) and Gorett Salvador (Carlos); his grandchildren, Brad Silveira (Laura), Andrew Silveira (Brittany), Samantha Silveira, Diego, Dante Salvador and Roman Silveira; his siblings, Isabel Faria, Connie Jesus (Aristides) and Joao Salgado (Gilda); and his sister-in-law Maria. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and his many friends.
