He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Myrtle; and his siblings, Donna Chapman (Jack), Jim Sandall (Penny), Harold Sandall and Jean Fletcher.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his son Kenneth Harold Tupholme (Lisa); his grandson Travis Harold (Rachel Rafeiro); his nieces, Deborah Reid and Cathy Lambert; his sister-in-law Jackie Sandall; and his goddaughter Melissa Warren. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.

Registration is required as we have limited capacity due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
