He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Phillips and Phyllis Phillips. He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn and Burton Dolbear; his nieces and nephews, Laurie, Paul Van Dyk, Lincoln, Meagan Dolbear, Sarah and Jon Periard; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandon, Andrew Van Dyk, Lucas, Nathan Dolbear, William, Colter and Grace Periard.
