He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara; and his siblings, Dennis and Tracey. He is survived by: his spouse Noel Jewel Clark (Stevens); his children, Shelby, Jeremy, Taylor and Arthur; his adoptive daughter Jasmine; his father Dennis (Mary Ann); his siblings, Christopher and Vicki; his parents-in-law, James (late Donna) and Ann (Edward); and his siblings-in-law, Jamie, Rebecca, Kelsey, Hunter, Makayla, Shea and Payton. He is also survived by nephews, family and friends.
